| 54958 | 2002-06-18 06:51:00 | Hi I reloaded w95 than updated w98 again to clean up my hard-drive.Now I have no sounds for e-mail alerts, program opening & closing etc. I get an error message as above and mmsystem 326, How can I fix this mmsystem 326 error? I run an IBM Pentium 166. Could I re-reload w95 as I suspect that the missing file could be in there as I deleted a program called Alsrack to save space. Regards..Tyro |

Install w98, and when it searches for a qualifying product, it should let you insert the w95 CD. This will save you all sorts of trouble, as well as most likely solving your problem. G P |
