| 54889 | 2002-06-18 00:45:00 | Can anybody point me to an article in the windows knowledge base on how to export my addressbook to a floppy drive in order to move the information to another computer? | Guest (0) | ||

Select the Text File (Comma Separated Values) Click on EXPORT in the Save exported files as: give the file a name like A:\ADDRBOOK.CSV Click NEXT Select all the fields you wish to export (You can select the whole lot) Click FINISH Click on OK when success message appears Click CLOSE (the address book export tool window) DONE! Note a CSV formatted file can be imported into most (maybe not all) other email adress books. For version 4/5 of OE see support.microsoft.com For backing up OE data see support.microsoft.com Hope this helps... Cheers, babe. |
