| 54960 | 2002-06-18 09:02:00 | I have written a letter to HP complaining about a product and a refund/replacement, because the product, which was ink, was of very poor quality and leaked in the printer. I have sent the letter to their Auckland office at the start of May, and I am yet to receive a reply! So does anyone know the E-mail address of a New Zealand office of HP, I have checked the white-pages and the HP web site with no luck. I brought the HP product from a computer that is now out of business. |
