55539 2002-06-21 00:00:00 Morning Craig,

What an annoying problem you have !!

Sounds like you have had a good look for the cause of this problem.
As you have found programs can start from the reg from many a location.

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Curr entVersion\Run

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Curr entVersion\RunOnce

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Curr entVersion\RunServices

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Curre ntVersion\Run

and Im sure some manage to load from some where else as well.
As to where exactually you problem is loading from I am unsure, but while out just stopping the C:\ explorer window loading why not everything else thats not ment to be there.

Head over to www.pacs-portal.co.uk This web site lists pretty much everything that could load at startup, how to find it, and if not needed how to stop it.

You may also find jv16 regcleaner very usefull. www.vtoy.fi This program can also see applications etc that load at start up and in conjuction with www.pacs-portal.co.uk/startup_index.htm I hope the problem can be resolved.
