55998 2002-06-21 23:19:00 How do I import my old inbox and contacts information into Microsoft Outlook 2000 running on XP home. I have been using outlook 98 on Win 95. I have just bought a new computer and have all the contents of my old computer on the new disk. dejohnson (533)
55999 2002-06-21 23:49:00 If you have a way of connecting the two computers( network, parallel cable etc), XP has a wizard (Start / Programs / Accessories / System Tools / 'Files and Settings Transfer Wizard') that can move your files for you. Make sure you perform an XP online update first, as there has been a fix for this wizard. wuppo (41)

It would have been tidier to export them from the old system perhaps, but from your post you now seem to have the "raw" files on your new system.

If you open them as above, you may be able to move them to a permanent folder for reference
