| 55948 | 2002-06-21 15:10:00 | With ADSL you don't dial in as such....your modem should have a control panel that you access through your webbrowser....there should be instructions with your modem on setting it up............... when you signed up xtra would have emailed you your login and you will have your password already?? login goes like this yourusername.xadsl@xtra.co.nz if you had a dial up then the password stays the same......... without knowing what sort of modem you are using I can't offer anymore advice............ is it internal==external==a router==?? make==model==?? you will need to post back with some clearer info............ |
