| 56747 | 2002-06-23 11:16:00 | granted, it's freaking huge to download.... check out this site.... www.xsolutions.co.nz very good service, lots of different distros. i believe he downloads them, burns them and then sells them. it's not exactly "retail" if you mean that you want a manual etc with it, but he is good value. the set (3 cd's) will cost you 28$ i think. i got mandrake 8.2 a whiles ago. |

Also bought from trademe with no bother as well. You'll get Mandrake 8.2 & Red Hat 7.3 $23.00 for both on Trade Me. www.trademe.co.nz |

| 56751 | 2002-06-24 00:08:00 | i downloaded it resently, debian.paradise.net.nz has many popular linux distributions for download, it only took 13 hours per disk, and i'm only on a very modest cable connection (128k pitiful ey???) If you dont have any luck finding anything in AK, you could track me down through my website I wont post my email here, cause i dont like spiders, snakes, or SPAM BUT my website is in the Chris Wilson profile info. If you wait a couple of weeks i will have even had the chance to test it on the other computer i hope to find the time and video card for shortly. |
