| 56470 | 2002-06-22 09:40:00 | Hi Again, Is anyone using quicksilver as their ISP? And if they are what do they think of it compared to other ISPs? Thanks Caro |

| 56471 | 2002-06-22 13:20:00 | Hi, I've been using quicksilver for about 3 months and have bee relativly happy. They are continually increasing their bandwidth and lines to help keep up with the new signings they have.....yes like other ISP's they have outages and problems but these seem to be fixed fairly quickly and I plan on staying with them for a fair while. The pricing is good and the extras offered are up there with the rest at the least. | dipstick01 (445) | ||
| 56472 | 2002-06-22 22:27:00 | I've just dumped them. Signed up in Jan. & went well for a month. Then the service went downhill. They had huge increases in signings mainly due to the demise of Zfree. My download speed got steadily worse, dropped connections all the time. At least in their favour, they didn't bull...t me, they told me exactly why my service was degrading & what they were doing about it, But after 6 months I couldn't take it anymore. I may go back if I hear the service has improved. | Stumped Badly (348) | ||
| 56473 | 2002-06-23 00:10:00 | I have just switched to Quicksilver and plan to try it out for a month...it is definitely faster than paradise..but I guess it doesn't have to be very fast for that. The thing is I don't have another ISP to compare it to and have no idea of any which have a good reputation.... Please help me on this |
