| 56645 | 2002-06-23 02:27:00 | I have recieved a message saying that my copy of nortons internet and firewall is about to expire ( it was a free 3 month trial version that i got with my computer). It will cost around 16.95 U.S. for the renewal. Does this happen with all store bought copies of Nortons (i.e. needing to pay an annual subscription). What would you suggest i do over the matter? I have AVG a free security system running at the moment as well. thanks richyb |

| 56648 | 2002-06-26 00:33:00 | I'm in the same position. See 'Norton expire's 2moro'. Seems to be a bit of confusion with 'updates'. You 'update' yr file definitions regularly or Norton can do it automatically, and then you 'update' your subscription to Norton anually. Two diff. things people get confused with. I'm off to AVG. | mark c (247) | ||
