| 56596 | 2002-06-22 20:49:00 | When I try to save pictures, either using mouse right click or the image toolbar, they are always saved in BMP form, even though they are often JPEGs. My browser (IE5) wasn't doing this two days ago, it just seems to have altered itself. How can I get it back to saving pictures in their original format? Thanks. |

First of all try here support.microsoft.com If that isnt the problem, and it wasnt with my friend, you should try a virus checker as this is where the problem was with my friend. If you dont have your own, try going here http://housecall.antivirus.com/ Once the virus was removed, all was okay after rebooting. Im sorry I dont recall the name of the virus in question though. |

There must be a limit to how much it can take before the browser starts acting oddly, everything is running smoothly now. | caesar (567) | ||
