| 56913 | 2002-06-24 09:13:00 | I don't know if there is a predefined key, but you can create one yourself. to do this right click on a shortcut to Internet explorer (not the actual IE Icon) select Properties; and then in the shortcut key section press the key combination you want to use as a shortcut. :D |

| 56914 | 2002-06-25 00:51:00 | Hi Emily - I have got used to creating a shortcut to IE by locating the original executable (iexplore.exe - often in c:\program files\plus!\Microsoft Internet\) & using that as the shortcut command line. Note that if you want to use this in addition to the regular IE icon on the desktop, maybe you want to connect to a print server or <whatever>, then you should use the full command line as above, but enclosed in quotation marks at each end, followed by a space, followed by <the ip address of your print server or whatever>. Thus you can have many IE icons on your desktop all with different functions. I hope this makes sense. | nick (601) | ||
