| 57400 | 2002-06-26 02:43:00 | when downloading eml stationery for outlook express, it becomes a increadimail file and I can't open it instead of an outlook file. i know longer have increadimail, an all files have been removed from the registry, an outlook express is my default mail, how can i stop this from happening, the stationery i am downloading is for outlook not for increadimail. please can you help me thanks sherry |

| 57401 | 2002-06-26 03:13:00 | Have at what your emails are associated with: Open Windows Explorer, go to View|Folder Options|File Types. Scroll down and click on Outlook Express Mail Message. It should say "Opens with MSIM" but I suspect yours will say Incredimail. If I am right you will have to change the properties there to Outlook Express. Click on Edit and in the drop-down box for Content Type make sure message/rfc822 is selected. Now click on Open in the Actions window and click on Edit. Change what is in the window that pops up to: "C:\PROGRAM FILES\OUTLOOK EXPRESS\MSIMN.EXE" /eml:%1 Copy and paste that line to make it easier. Click OK or Close all the way out. Hopefully your emails should be as you want them now. |
