57218 2002-06-25 11:51:00 Can someone please recommend to me a good program that converts MP3's to WAV so that i can then burn them on to CD and play them on my stereo. I have a ancient Pentium 200, 32 ram, win 95. Cheers. RayRay (644)

Have been using it for years on an even more ancient system than yours ;)

57222 2002-06-25 22:51:00 I got Nero with my CD writer and it does a great job of converting my MP3s just before burning the CD. Just drag and drop using the Wizard.

I was expecting our oldish (8-9 years) CD player not to be able to play them but it and all our other players have no trouble at all.

When burning audio tracks keep the burn speed down at 8x just to be sure.
