| 57212 | 2002-06-26 09:40:00 | I think what they wanted was for you to fill in all feilds where the feildname (beside the feild) was in bold. Those not in bold are optional. Somewhere on the form will be a feild you have not completed - fill it in, and no problem. They do not want you to submit the form in bold! G P |
