57202 2002-06-25 10:40:00 I want to create a simple numbered list but in reverse. instead of 1,2,3, i want 3,2,1 but Word doesn't seem to have an option for this. Yet i know it must have a way to do it. I use Office XP on a Windows ME pc. Any suggestions greatly appreciated. ?:| SneakyFace14 (636)

57204 2002-06-25 22:28:00 Highlight what you want to change then go into table then click sort & then check the box that says descending. It's a good idea to use the question box at the top right of the Word screen. Pauline (641)

57206 2002-06-25 23:01:00 If all else fails do it manually.... or..... (sudden thought) create your list in excel and paste in as a link (copy in excel, return to word and Paste Special, Excel Workbook, link) Heather P (163)
