57596 2002-06-26 23:35:00 Does anyone know of a tool (free or otherwise) that can monitor the changes made to the filesystem and registry when a new application is installed?

The purpose of which being that if it is a trial version that I can fully remove the app, its files and registry settings.

Any info would be a help.

Cheers,

57597 2002-06-27 00:51:00 you haven't mentioned which OS you use, but i have used Winstall LE in the past. If you've got a copy Win2K server it's on the CD, otherwise you may be able to download it from from somewhere.

57599 2002-06-28 02:38:00 Hi

I am not sure if this works with XP or XP Pro but a little research may resolve that question. PC magazine have some great free utilities and one of them does what you want, it is called InCtrl5. Information is available at:

www.pcmag.com

Good luck
