1305355 2012-10-05 21:55:00 Firefox 15.01 with 11.4.402.278. Experienced this about 3 weeks ago, and somehow, it just went away - don't remember I did anything about ti. bk T (215)
1305356 2012-10-05 22:02:00 You could try uninstalling flash then use the uninstall tool for it (www.softpedia.com), then install it again. It maybe a toolbar or something you've installed if it crashes a lot. Even if you're not on the Youtube site Speedy Gonzales (78)
1305357 2012-10-06 01:21:00 Speedy, did as suggested and it's working right now, so far so good.

Thanks.

1305359 2012-10-06 01:37:00 I think there is something up with the latest flashplayer update, I have had to remove it from 2 computers in the week just been. They were preventing web pages from loading in IE (Win 7 & IE9) - well they did load eventually, took a couple of minutes where the page was frozen and then would finally load it and it would scroll again, links worked etc. Noticed on both systems flash had updated on 1st Oct. Might be just coincidence, but something I'm looking out for over the next few weeks as clients update their flash players. Iantech (16386)
1305360 2012-10-06 01:49:00 The only site I have probs with (dont know if flash is causing it tho), is the Herald site. Since, they updated it. Sometimes. when I'm on it, FF closes (like something has crashed - but it doesnt quit). I have to click on the FF icon on the taskbar, to go back to it. Its the only site (that I've been to so far) that does it Speedy Gonzales (78)
1305361 2012-10-06 01:57:00 My latest version of Flash was installed on 22/9/12. Version as mentioned above. Have had no problems.

1305362 2012-10-06 06:12:00 My own Firefox went wonky earlier.

Performance degraded markedly.

I took a look in Device Manager and FF was using 1.5GB of RAM (and only about 2% of CPU) so something caused it to gobble up loads of memory.

Restarted FF, now only using 120MB RAM.

FF 15.0.1
