2012-10-03 10:03:00 | Hope this is not against the rules, but... Anyone have MS DOS 6.22 that is not wanted anymore and would like to sell it ? Hopefully it would come on floppy disks, which would make it easier to install.

Reading the manual, MS DOS 6.22 is mentioned many times so I guess it really is required. However, I wil google Freedos and have a read up about it, Thanks for the info. |

2012-10-03 21:17:00 | Considering Microsoft no longer sell it, profit from it etc, why not just download a copy? | Agent_24 (57) | |
2012-10-03 23:50:00 | I might have - I would have to have a look... Won't be tonight, probably at the weekend if you have time to wait? On floppies though. Ahh - I see that is what you want. I'll post later. | R.M. (561) | |

2012-10-04 00:07:00 | Last time I tried my DOS disks half of them wouldn't read anymore. Depending on what the software requires a windows 95 or 98 created boot disk might work too, it's still a DOS enviroment just without all the external commands loaded. then there's DOS box designed for running dos programs on a windows PC, mainly aimed at old games but it might work.
