| 1281254 | 2012-06-13 03:32:00 | I just wonder about the evidence of blood up under the dash in the car, which I think was the main evidence the oz feld polizei tendered. They think she slit the throat of the kid in the car and the blood sprayed there. Maybe you say the blood was there from a car accident or something but surely they can test blood to see who it did and didn't come from. I know don't call me Surely. IMO because they were religious they did it. |

| 1281256 | 2012-06-13 04:12:00 | In any case it's ancient history and the legal system has made it's decision so that's all we have to go on. If you have information we don't and can't share it why bother starting the thread. You believe it's BS, good for you. The legal system obviously believes there's sufficient evidence to support that it is not BS and/or insufficient evidence to the contrarty. The underlying principle behind innocent until proven guilty is that it's better for guilty people to sometimes get away with things than it is for innocent people to be punished. No system is perfect, but at least they try to get it right. |

I have a sister-in-law who likes to bring an absent third party into a discussion to back up an argument she knows nothing about. Sadly that trick just doesn't work on me. If you can't use it don't mention it in the first place. |
