Some organisations apply due diligence to their membership process and could become suspicious of any pressure on your part to speed it up. If that's the way they conduct their affairs, they were taught to be cautious. That's part and parcel of their raison detre and you'll have to accept that. An organisation I'm now a member of took 2 years to process me, and in the end, I didn't apply, I was invited to join. |
