Also let them know how much of an asset you would be to the group or team, or whatever. LL |

Just make up some stupid thing about how their email got classified as spam and fell in to your spam inbox, ask if they would mind using Instant Messaging at some point. Many people have Google Talk / XMPP / Jabber, or if not then they'll likely use MSN. Depending on the situation it can be best to steer clear of using Facebook IM, but in some situations it'll be 'acceptable' to use it. Worst-case scenario if they come back and say they only have ICQ / Skype / Jabber and you don't use it, you can create a disposable account, use it this once, then forget about it... |
