If the battery is fully charged and you use the laptop while it’s plugged the battery is still charging and it can destroy some of the cells in the battery. |

But not leaving it plugged in seems like a good way to use the battery, which kills the cells over time anyway. There isn't anyway around it. Batteries deteriorate and die. I find it hard to believe that computers dont stop charging batteries when they detect they are full though. |
