| 58189 | 2002-06-29 02:30:00 | I have just recently upgraded to a P4 1.6gig machine running Win 2000 Pro with all the other bells and whistles as well,I have tried to reinstall Links LS 1997 golf game which the new machine dos'nt seem to like,I have allso tried seeking info from the net but can't seem to find what I want to know. Anyone out there who can help with what is probably a fairly comon problem. |

| 58190 | 2002-06-29 03:17:00 | a quick and dirty search brought up that this is a dos game so you will have major trouble with it. besides w2k is not the greatest for game compatibility. look for an upgraded ver of the game. |

| 58191 | 2002-07-01 01:11:00 | Re links ls,tweak'e what os would you recommend instead of w2k,I have Win Me available which we used to use on our old system but the dammed thing used to lock up that often I have been reluctant to use it again although I must say the locking up with Me was more than likely to do with the old system not being up to the task rather than the os itself. | kevin (734) | ||
