| 58383 | 2002-06-29 11:10:00 | I have renewed my Norton Anti Virus subscription (US$10 by credit Card) as I was sick of removing and reinstalling program to get another 60 odd days of update service. I was emailed a Subscription Key but cannot instal the key. In their instructions they say when you open 'LiveUpdate' it should prompt you for the subscription update, but this doesn't happen even when I let the previous service run out. Has anyone had this experience?? |
