| 59352 | 2002-07-03 02:13:00 | I have reinstalled WinXP 5 times due to unrecoverable crashes with various hardware/software. This last time, a SCSI drive that works ( checked in another computer with Win ME) is found by my LSI card at boot time, is found in Device Manager (and said to be working there) has not been given a drive letter by Windows and so cannot be accessed. (A Microsoft "Help" person suggested that SCSI must be a "program that came with the drive" and to check with the manufacturer !) Help please. |
