| 59393 | 2002-07-03 06:03:00 | I have logged some of the failures (homepages.ihug.co.nz) i have had recently with my telstra-clear /paradise cable connection. Included in the logs are the helpdesk responses. The most recent call to the help desk found someone who bearly knew what a cable modem was. I hope this gives amusement, particually to those annoyed at me "bragging" about the joy of cable internet |

Check the downtime/comment logs in the post above to see what a pack of useless [cant think of printable words] the support team at telstra/cable-paradise actually are! To post this i had to use a dial up/slingshot account on a borrowed computer with a modem thingy in it! |
