| 59449 | 2002-07-03 11:55:00 | How do i install windows xp pro on a blank disk when every i try it always comes up with a stop error which says "Page_Fault_In_Nonpaged_Area" . I've also tried using the windows 98 startup disk to access cd-rom from dos but setup does not initialize and the computer hangs . When i restart the computer and try to access the cd-rom again it doesn't work . And im getting really frustrated . My computer specifications is: (its a brand spanking new computer) Amd Athlon xp 2000+ cpu Gigabtye GA-7VRXP motherboard 60 gb hard drive 16x dvd 24x10x40 CD-RW 512mb DDR PC 2700 Ram 64 mb Geforce 4 MX 440 DDR Please reply QUICKLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

| 59452 | 2002-07-03 14:04:00 | Ok if this computer is new, and there's nothing on the hard disk, it could be a hardware related problem . Is this a custom build pc? Is your cd an original cd? Your cd could be corrupted if it's not an original, but if it is, then it could be your hardware . Please post more details how your hardware is setup . |
