| 60111 | 2002-07-05 13:20:00 | I recently bought a genius USB webcam, and have experienced considerable trouble in installing it on Windows 98 se. In Device manager it comes up as Unknown Device and has a yellow exclaimation mark beside it I have two USB ports with a Canon BJC 3000 printer on one and have no problem, and the webcam on the other, which win98 doesn't seem to want to recognise. Opening the properties for the unknown device it claims that windows cannot find the drivers, yet the latest version of them were downloaded off the net. Still no joy. Has anyone any idea on how I might solve this situation. |
