| 60092 | 2002-07-05 09:25:00 | i downloaded a movie which is 644mb full movie the movie file summary is as follow: AUDIO:- AUDIO FORMAT: mpeg layer3 AVERAGE DATA RATE: 18.767kb/per sec SAMPLE RATE: 48.00 khz CHANNELS: 2(stereo) [b]video:- stream name : movie avi #1 frame width: 512 pixels frame hight : 384 pixels play length: 5961. 169 frame count:142925 frame rate 23 per sec data rate :119.381 per sec video sample size:24 bit video compression:angelpotion and then i choped them into to parts part 1 plays on media player , but the sound come b4 the picture part 2 plays on media player but no sound when i try to play first part with divex player 2.0 alpha it plays perfectly but second part its hangs and divex player shuts down atomatically or some times gives me an error about virtual memory i have tried copping them 2-3 times same problem. | 60093 | 2002-07-05 13:06:00 | ahhhhhh love those vm errors, too solve those annoying errors user part magic or similar and create a 1 or 2 GB partition, Preferably as the second partition, format it and switch that to a soley vm drive, you will never get those nasty vm errors again :) this has worked everytime so far, important note set the vm size to encorporate the entire drive and don't defrag it I generally set it to Z:\ whenusing nt based systems. there is one side effect that your pc will take a little longer to load/boot but once started it runs like a dream Once you have solved the VM errors you will get the actual error that is causing the problem with the second file |

| 60094 | 2002-07-05 23:04:00 | unfortunatly angelpotion is somewhat buggy. all i can suggest is try different tools to split it. you may have to seperate the sound and video, cut each one in half, then join the sound and video back together. |
