The page had one graphic, no ads or frames, and I can guarantee complete anonymousity (sp?) and will takes a minute or 2 to fill in. The ultimate goal is to arm me with enough information to start asking a lot 'Why?' questions aimed at ISPs, and and possibly (probably) Telecom. Thanks for your time.
