| 60280 | 2002-07-06 10:35:00 | I have a friend using windows ME - she downloaded a screensaver off the net but it didn't appear in her screensavers or automatically load like some do - she has found the file and where it is, (so it did download o..k)just doesn't know how to get it into screensavers - anybody out there using ME got a simple fix for how she can add it to her screensavers? Would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance. :-) I use xp so the only workaround i could think of was to add the file to her slideshow (which is in xp - don't know if ME has it though?) Any ideas appreciated should be a simple one for you ME pros! |

| 60281 | 2002-07-06 11:04:00 | Hi there, I'm by no means an ME pro but If the file is the .scr then tell her to move it to the windows directory. It should then appear in the list of screen savers. Hope this helps. Regards Sam |

Hi Sam - thanks for the prompt reply, greatly appreciated - one more question!! What is the path to the windows directory on ME? In simple terms if poss. Is it like c:\windows etc... ?
