| 60217 | 2002-07-06 01:31:00 | The computers we have at work are running Windows 2000 Professional Edition and because all the machines are networked we are using Microsoft Outlook Exchange I think (it's definitely not Outlook Express). The font size at the moment is set at 10 point. We would really like to adjust that up to 12 points. Could we be having difficulty changing the default size because we are logged on using a user profile thus meaning only the person with administrative privileges for the network could change the default? Any help with this problem would be appreciated thank you :-) Malcolm |

| 60218 | 2002-07-06 08:08:00 | Have you tried changing the font in tools - options - mail format - fonts? and it does not save? Or in the same panel - do you use Word as the email editor - in which case the default font will be set by normal.dot via word (and can be changed there). Exchange server does not restrict users from changing font defaults in their email. |
