| 60155 | 2002-07-05 23:24:00 | Hello I have a PC Company computer with a samsung SD-606F DVD-ROM drive that lately will not read DVDs. The drive reads any type of CD but it will not read DVDs (the pc just locks up). Sometimes if the DVD is read the computer thinks it is an audio cd. I have tried numerous things to get the drive to work without success. Help with this would be appreciated. Could people with PC Company computers and samsung DVD-ROMs also post their experiences with these drives. Thanks |

| 60156 | 2002-07-06 00:13:00 | Is there any particular DVD that is causing the problem? does this happen with all DVD's? If it is happening with all DVD's then do the following. If it is under warranty, which I assume it still is then take it into a showroom and tell there techs to fix the problem. |

| 60158 | 2002-07-06 04:24:00 | Hi, I use WinDVD 2000 although this does not seem to be causing the problem. I have not enabled autoplay in WinDVD 2000. |
