| 60782 | 2002-07-08 07:36:00 | once a program has been downloaded - unzipped - and running does the zip file left in the unzipped folder within windows explorer need to be kept ? or are these files just taking up disk space. i use winzip and have windows 98se |

| 60784 | 2002-07-08 08:44:00 | If you have space - or room on a spare disk - keep it as a backup. Computers can crash and it's handy to have to reinstall. If it's non-critical then dump it if you wish. A zip file is not used once it's contents have been installed. |

When that gets full I copy that to a blank CDR, then wipe the CDRW and start the process again. Don't ask me what I download 'cos I'm not telling. Just be happy to know that over the last 3 years I have ammased close to 2gb of ZIPs and EXEs :8} |
