60632 2002-07-07 22:22:00 Hi Folks,

I have been learning access for some weeks now, (phew!) and I am also looking at learning visual basic 6.

Can visual basic 6 programming language, be used in access 97?

many thanks,

Bob Kehely

60633 2002-07-08 01:36:00 With Access open press <Alt><F11> which will bring up the Visual Basic editor. It will probably be VB5 in Access97. VB6 is associated with Access2000.
It would be best to work with whatever VB version is associated with the Access version being used.
Some VB6 routines in Access2000 are incompatible wth Access97/VB5.
