| 60603 | 2002-07-07 21:44:00 | When I try to run outlook mail send/receive I get the error message "Outlook has caused an error in PSTPRX.DLL Outlook will now close." "If you continue to experience problems try restarting your computer." --- which, of course, did not help. Suggestions??? I'm running Outlook 2000 on ME and it ran well until sometime last week before this fault occurred. | irakiwi (736) | ||
| 60604 | 2002-07-08 00:15:00 | recreate the mail account, by memory its a conflict/corruption of the imap data. basically create another profile once created open the old pst file as a personal folder and copy any email or contacts across to the new profile once finished delete the old pst should take around 5mins |
