60592 2002-07-07 11:12:00 Hi yah all,

Just a general enquiry on Opera, I was going through some old files in Windows Explorer and noticed 3 files with the Opera symbol on.
Being a curious old coot I doubled clicked on one called "unnecessary" HTML Document, and it loaded the net and besides the opening page there was this page with over 800 file names on it.

Some of the files were 3104768 long (dont know how big that is it didnt say). But most were at least 300-400 long.

The other files are registry and easyclean, now I dont know where they came from cause they are in a folder that I keep just for files that I delete and keep for two weeks before permament deleteion, folder is named "Two Week Keep".:D

below is a sample of the files:

Unnecessary Files:
Some off these files had 1995-6 dates to them and the registry files had like 10/01/1601) dates ??

C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\TBM82E5.TMP
C:\WINDOWS\PCHEALTH\HELPCTR\Database\hcdata.bak
C:\WINDOWS\TEMP\~DFB7F1.TMP
C:\Program Files\WindowsUpdate\22262.bkf
C:\Program Files\WindowsUpdate\33288.bkf
C:\WINDOWS\TEMP\~DF2A99.TMP
---------------
The Easyclean Files

Duplicate files.....

C:\WINDOWS\COMMAND\ATTRIB.EXE 15252 Application 2000/06/08 17:00 A

C:\WINDOWS\OPTIONS\CABS\ATTRIB.EXE 15252 Application 2000/06/08 17:00 A

C:\WINDOWS\COMMAND\CHKDSK.EXE 27968 Application 2000/06/08 17:00 A

C:\WINDOWS\OPTIONS\CABS\CHKDSK.EXE 27968 Application 2000/06/08 17:00

Then the Registry Files ( well they just look like registry files).

Does someone know and can enlighten me, cause being a curious old coot I probally just ignore them until I get peeeed off and do something stupid. :D
