What is the point in starting a thread if you are aiming at a response from a single person??

1306997 2012-10-15 12:40:00 Because others may be interested and I have respect for Chills opinion but I won't know what to make of dozens of other opinions.
I'm tending towards the S3 but I seem to remember he was quite keen on the HTC one series.

And if you wait a few months more after that there'll be another better phone..... and if you wait a few more months after that there'll be another better phone.... And so on :D

1307000 2012-10-15 18:47:00 Galaxy S3 or OneX, depending on which specific features you prioritise. inphinity (7274)
1307001 2012-10-15 19:09:00 If massive power isn't something you crave and you are interested in a great iOS smooth type experience when it comes to updates and ROM stability I'd wait out for the new Nexus.

S3/One X are great phones but I find to get a decent droid experience you really should use a custom ROM, getting a ROM that just works, is smooth and stable can be a real hassle and sometimes I feel it isn't worth it. The nexus series are more than capable, you'll not be disappointed. It's just one of the things you have to weigh up. Power, Looks, Convenience.

My 2c, wait for next Nexus (or get the current one) unless you are after some of the features of the One X/S3

1307002 2012-10-15 19:47:00 For top of the range androids, I think the S3, due to the removable battery and sd card slot. Nick G (16709)
