1306875 2012-10-15 02:09:00 Just wondering if it is possible to run Android apps on a PC. What I really want to do is to view Google Maps offline on a mini laptop/notebook as you can on a smartphone.
Any suggestions please?
Mike

I haven't investigated to see if you can download the maps to your PC.

The office PC works no problems. Tried a game the Better half plays on her android tablet  Found a youtube video www.youtube.com

1306880 2012-10-15 03:54:00 You may however need to sideload the Google Maps .apk rather than installing it through Amazon, my money says it's not in the Amazon App Store. Chilling_Silence (9)

1306882 2012-10-15 04:35:00 Or alternitavly you could do it another way with th android emulator. If you want me to explain I can, but I have to say it's a long, difficult process. But once you have it running its easy to install and run apps. stratex5 (16685)
