I have been sent a link of a video that I would love to have but I don't want to have to access it via U Tube every time I want to watch it. I seem to recall a similar thread a while ago but my searching skills are not all that good. Does anyone know what to do or can I be pointed to the relevan thread? Thanks for your help. |

| 1282282 | 2012-06-18 01:34:00 | Copy / paste the link in to "saveyoutube.com" Or take a regular youtube URL of a video while you watch it, such as: www.youtube.com Replace the "www." with "save" and you get: saveyoutube.com This will automatically save that youtube video :) |

| 1282284 | 2012-06-18 02:41:00 | I've got a couple of extensions for Chrome that give an extra button underneath the video window on Youtube - I just click that and get presented with a selection of download formats (I normally pick the 360 mp4 format cos my allegedly "broadband" connection is so slow. Once the download has started I can close the tab to the video and do other things. I have to do it this way, otherwise I get buffering. | tuiruru (12277) | ||
