1281546	2012-06-14 04:11:00	Bought a Linksys 120N modem/router from DSE with a 12 month warranty in September 2010. It stopped working last week and took it back to DSE. I told them it was out of warranty and they asked me if I had an extended warranty. I said no as I was covered by the CGA. The person tried to argue with me, but after filling out the forms said they would send it away muttering something about the CGA. Called into DSE today and they replaced it with a new one. :)	Trev (427)

A couple of men in front of me at DSE were buying something and the sales person asked if they wanted extended cover and they looked at each other then said yes. I think they bought a 3 year extended warranty cover. I tapped one of the men on the shoulder and took him to one side and said they didn't have to buy the cover as they were coverd by the CGA. He replied to me that they were from the country and had never heard of the CGA. :)	Trev (427)
