| 61170 | 2002-07-10 01:02:00 | Hello All I upgraded to windows xp pro yesterday and it went very well and I have only got one minor problem. My monitor is very dark by nature so I use the adobe gamma correction facility to make the whole situation a bit brighter. This is where the problems begin. Adobe gamma loader is present in the startup for all users, it is also present in the boot sequence in msconfig. When I boot windows pops up messenger pops up and the screen goes bright (gamma corrector starting) but then it goes dark (gamma corrector failing). I checked my graphics setings to make sure both adobe gamma loader and my graphics card were using the same colour profile and yes it was! This is where I am at and it happens every time I boot, I just want adobe gamma loader to stay on, so I can see stuff. hhhhhhhhheeeeeeeeeeeeelllllllllllllpppppppppppp!!! !!! Cheers |

| 61171 | 2002-07-10 06:03:00 | Have you re-installed this program after having loaded the XP upgrade? Many programs will not operate, or not operate properly unless re-insalled following an OS upgrade |
