| 61561 | 2002-07-11 05:45:00 | Here's a simple one. I've just has a new email acccount setup and configured with MS Outlook. I went to change some options, but the only thing which I altered was my signature. Now for some reason the default format on my mail has changed, and I can't for the life of me see where I can change it back. Its giving me a "double" space when I hit return, and its quite frustrating. Sorry if that isn't enough info, but does anyone know of a simple fix? I've been using Lotus Notes for 3 years and I haven't a clue! Thanks |

"Use MS word to edit email messages" 2. "Compose this message in Rich Text" 3. Double spacing set in word's template called "Normal" The first 2 can be checked in several ways but the easiest to explain is to go to Outlook/tools/options/mail format there you will find a checkbox for MS word as editor and a dropdown for rich text/plaintext/html. To change the double spacing on template "Normal" you would have to edit the template. If you uncheck the box for MS word as editor it will all go away. HTH PC |
