From time to time I try to view Flash files (for purely professional reasons I assure you) and get told I have to download Flash. OK, so I click on the "get it here" button and am told that the logo or similar will appear once download and installation is complete. Download occurs (or appears to because my dsl modem lights flash for 5-10 seconds which would be about long enough) but nothing else happens.
