| 63033 | 2002-07-16 08:41:00 | running the latest NAV s/w on a WIN ME pc and has detected 12 files infected by HiGuy virus. NAV has repaired 6 of the 12 however access is denied to the other 6 infected files. They are stored in C:\_RESTORE\TEMP and are .cpy files. Even when going through DOS cannot delete these files - get Access is denied message. NAV cannot repair/delete or do anything. How do we get rid of the Higuy virus from these files before it does anymore damage??? Many thanks |
