63358 2002-07-18 09:05:00 I am looking for a good course/ book/site to learn Basic web design Dennis (1105)
63359 2002-07-18 09:18:00 Hi Dennis,

If you are looking for the basics of HTML,WebMonkey.com is as good
as you can get.Their tutorials let you make the previous lesson as you go along.

You dont need to download it as an application but of course you must be connected to the net.

To build the page, you can use Notepad,(built in to MS),but I would suggest NoteTab Lite that just takes over the MS app.

It's free, but sorry cant remember address!Just type it in Google.

Hope this helps,Cheers,Kiwitas,;-)

63361 2002-07-18 10:46:00 If you prefer people to books - try your local high schools for night classes. Some have them. I think classes start in the next week so have a look at recent mail outs etc or ring the schools in the morning. Heather P (163)
