| 63673 | 2002-07-20 02:49:00 | Ok.... I have just nearly read the whole forum about windows xp shutdown problems.... The thing is my computer does not shutdown, it just restarts. Everything runs normal but after the 'windows is shutting down ' screen goes off it begins to restart. I have tried most of the advice given on the forum, but nothing's solid enough. The computer does shut down 2/10 times. Please HELP..... It's really getting to me..... SOS!!! |

Under Startup & Recovery, click Settings. Under System Failure, uncheck the box in front of System reboot." Roxio CDRW software is No.1 suspect also... |
