IDE1 has nothing attached IDE2 has CD-RW and DVD-RW IDE3 has first 60GB HDD IDE4 has second CD/DVD-RW drives are master/slave and work fine. Ide3 and 4 drives are both as master. Both HDDs are used in an array, as configured by BIOS. This works fine in DOS. The manual says: "Please connect first harddrisk to IDE1 and connect CDROM to IDE2" "If you wish to use IDE2 and IDE4, please use it in unity with BIOS. Then, install the correct driver to have proper operation." I don't have anything on IDE1, but if I move one or both HDDs there, RAID doesn't work. What does "in unity with BIOS" mean? What do I do??? Thanks, Erin |
