| 64079 | 2002-07-21 12:38:00 | I have a P4 2.0 g system using XP home & XP pro.Using Outlook express to send & receive emails just recently after having connected to my ISP if I try & send or reply to an email Outlook simply disconnects. I have checked all my ISP settings & account user settings but there is something I have missed. The problem is only with Outlook as at the moment I am using Netscape 6.2 to send this and I also use Explorer without a problem, that is I can send emails using either one.Norton anti virus 2002 & Zone Alarm( version 2:6) also seem to be configured correctlyI have also gone through the Outlook Express menu & can"t find any reason why it keeps disconnecting , but I have missed a setting somewhere ANY IDEAS ?
