64041	2002-07-21 08:12:00	the first time I make a dialup connection it works fine, but after I have disconnected the next time I make a connect it is slow and disconnects for no apparent reason. If I try again it is even worse. To correct the problem I must restart the computer. Is there anybody with an idea to correct this. I have a PC Company PC with 667 Celeron running Windows Me.
